Why is it difficult for a murder Bill Gates and Melinda to expect to truth blocking others to comment them. Mr Bill Gates why did you kill and make so many innocent people with your existence. Dirt and greed nothing good within himself an evil envy if others destroying this planet with own lifestyle
Great to hear from JB - on his Stanford days, and Tesla and Redwood. The guy is a great role model. He says we need to move incredibly fast to a much more sustainable world. Seems like he agrees that this decade is the time for major change. Unfortunately, the Dean appears to not fully understand sustainability. He says we have decades to solve the problem and mentions carbon capture. His background is in mechanical engineering and energy. Apparently no life sciences background. To understand sustainability requires a solid understanding of living systems.
JB is great
Great interview! Congrats on the new school.
I am an undergraduate student studying ecosystem science and sustainability, and Dr. Matson is a massive inspiration! I am currently reading Pursuing Sustainability and thoroughly enjoying it.
The Future is Right Now and Right Here, in the Fifth Domain. 😊
hi , i wish to do a Ph.D in Geological sciences (Astrobiology) or any related field,
The problem with healthcare is not systemic racism, structural racism, or some BS climate change nonsense. It is doctors like you who make sh*t up, know know little-to-nothing about these subjects and are trying to make some nonsensical correlation which you have convinced yourselves of.
If there is no standing water after a rainstorm, can water wick up through a concrete slab without footers?

No hope for saving our oceans remains, not because of global warming but because of solid and radioactive pollution. Man has already damaged his environment in too many ways far past any point of saving or repairing it. Life is a demonstration in the futility of man to successfully govern himself. I think only God can run things, but mankind rejects God.
Hi, I have a case here. I am about to finish my BA(Hons.) Geography. But I had always wanted to study Geology. I took what I took due to my circumstances; wrong career guidance, financial situations, Indian Stream system of school education, etc. But I want to start all over again, I can't seem to forget what I had thought I would make my life look like. I haven't studied science subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Am I still eligible for the course? Can I apply?
P r o m o s m 😩
Can a chicken swim?
I kinda like Hydrology. I'm thinking of taking it as master degree in the future.
